16b/ colored dot attached to the right edge of "T” and colored dash inside "I” of ARGENTINOS;
16c/ inclined leg of "R” of ARGENTINOS separated from the rest of the letter;
16d/ two colored dots in the left part of "O” of CENTAVOS.
These flaws are always present together in the positions 36, 74, 76, 77 of plate II.
