20/a colored large dot in the background between the head and "A” of ARGENTINOS + white dot attached to the left part of "R” of ARGENTINOS;
20b/ colored dot inside "S” of ARGENTINOS;
20c/ line of the white oval frame interrupted above "O” of VEINTICINCO and "E” if CENTAVOS;
20d/ two small cuts in the upper frame between top left corner and left 25.
These flaws are always present together in the positions 35, 38, 39, 40, 92, 100 of plate II.
