03d/ two colored dots in the lined background under "A” of ARGENTINOS.
These flaws are always present together in the positions 3, 8, 43, 48, 88 of plate IA & 3, 8, 43, 48, 83 of plates IB and IC.
Same flaws for stamp Gz 89A RI T03 (low & wide size, horizontally grained paper).
