04b/ very irregular and thick line of white oval frame under "S” of ARGENTINOS;
04c/ colored dots, one in the white oval frame under "I” and one inside "I” of ARGENTINOS + colored dash in the external white oval frame above "I” of ARGENTINOS;
04d/ colored dot inside 1st "O” of CORREOS.
These flaws are always present together in the positions 4, 9, 44, 49, 89 of plate IA & 4, 9, 44, 49, 84 of plates IB and IC.
Same flaws for stamp Gz 89A RI T04 (low & wide size, horizontally grained paper).
