09b/ vertical lined background irregular under "E” of TREINTA;
09c/ thickening of the internal frame line of white oval under white circle and "C” of CORREOS;
09d/ frame line of white oval interrupted under "R” of ARGENTINOS.
These flaws are always present together in the positions 14, 19, 54, 59, 99 of plate IA & 14, 19, 54, 59, 94 of plate IB & 14, 19, 52, 54, 59, 94 of plate IC.
Same flaws for stamp Gz 89A RI T09 (low & wide size, horizontally grained paper).
