10a/ internal line of white oval frame interrupted under 2nd "O” of CORREOS + two colored dots in the lined background under "A” of ARGENTINOS;
10b/ colored dot in the bottom bar of "E” of ARGENTINOS;
10c/ colored dot in the white round frame at left of left upper "30”;
10d/ frame line of white oval interrupted above A” of TREINTA.
These flaws are always present together in the positions 15 20, 55, 60, 100 of plate IA & 15, 20, 55, 60, 95 of plates IB and IC.
Same flaws for stamp Gz 89A RI T10 (low & wide size, horizontally grained paper).
