12a/ internal line of white oval frame interrupted above "TAV” of CENTAVOS + very irregular lined background under "V” of CENTAVOS;
12b/ two breaks in the line of white oval frame above "C” and colored dot in the white oval frame under "C” of CENTAVOS
12c/ two breaks in the line of white oval frame under "S” of ARGENTINOS;
12d/ colored dots under "A” and "R” of ARGENTINOS.
These flaws are always present together in the positions 22, 27, 62, 67, 82 of plate IA & 22, 27, 62, 67, 87 of plate IB & 22, 27, 67, 87 of plate IC.
Same flaws for stamp Gz 89A RI T12 (low & wide size, horizontally grained paper).
