13a/ internal line of white oval frame interrupted under "C” of CORREOS up to "T” of TREINTA;
13b/ colored circle in the horizontal lined frame at left at the height of "I” of TREINTA + break of the same frame at left;
13c/ horizontal colored line in the vertical lined background under "O” of CENTAVOS;
13d/ colored dot inside 2nd "R” of CORREOS.
These flaws are always present together in the positions 23, 28, 63, 68, 83 of plate IA & 23, 28, 63, 68, 88 of plate IB & 23, 28, 61, 63, 68, 88 of plate IC.
Same flaws for stamp Gz 89A RI T13 (low & wide size, horizontally grained paper).
