14d/ thickening of the line of the white oval frame under "C” of CORREOS.
These flaws are always present together in the positions 24, 29, 64, 69, 84 of plate IA & 24, 29, 64, 69, 89 of plate IB & 24, 29, 62, 64, 69, 89 of plate IC.
