15a/ colored line crossing the bottom part of 1st "O” and break in the white oval frame under "C” of CORREOS;
15b/ colored dash in the white oval frame under "I” + missing left bottom serif of "T” of ARGENTINOS;
15c/ colored dot inside "0” of right "30” ;
15d/ colored dot in the white oval frame under "E” of TREINTA.
These flaws are always present together in the positions 25, 30, 65, 70, 85 of plate IA & 25, 30, 65, 70, 90 of plate IB and IC.
Same flaws for stamp Gz 89A RI T15 (low & wide size, horizontally grained paper).
