20c/ colored dot in the white oval frame above "OS” of ARGENTINOS;
20d/ break and slanted line in the white oval frame under 2nd "R” of CORREOS.
The flaws are always present together in the positions 35, 40, 75, 80, 95 of plate IA & 35, 40, 75, 80, 100 of plates IB and IC.
Same flaws for stamp Gz 89A RI T20 (low & wide size, horizontally grained paper).
