17a/ large colored spot in the vertical lined background under "NT” of TREINTA;
17b/ colored dash inside "R” of ARGENTINOS and break of the white oval frame under same "R” + three colored dots in the lined background under "A” of ARGENTINOS;
17c/ colored dash in the 1sr "N” and more dots in the "T” of ARGENTINOS;
17d/ colored dot on the white collar.
These flaws are always present together in the positions 32, 37, 72, 77, 92 of plate IA & 32, 37, 72, 77, 97 of plate IB & 32, 37, 77, 97 of plate IC.
Same flaws for stamp Gz 89A RI T17 (low & wide size, horizontally grained paper).
