Game Summary:
Hydrophobia is a third-person action-adventure game developed by Dark Energy Digital, released on Xbox Live Arcade on September 29, 2010.  Set in the mid-21st century aboard the “Queen of the World,” a massive city-sized ship, players control systems engineer Kate Wilson as she confronts a terrorist group known as the Malthusians.
