Game Summary:
Magnus Gallant is a fledgling young soldier in the Palatinean Army. While fighting against rebel forces within the southern region of Palatinus, Magnus comes to realize the plight of those he is fighting against: a band of simple folk who are fed up with being constantly bullied by those who govern them. After clashing with his superiors, Magnus finally opts to defect and join the rebels, eventually becoming their leader. With Magnus championing their cause, the Revolutionary Army continues to fight for freedom, gaining more and more influence throughout the region, until finally being challenged by the highest order in Palatinus, the Holy Lodis Empire.
