Before Wolfenstein 3D, Doom, and Duke Nukem 3D, there was one of the original first-person mazes and monsters game, Crypts of Chaos. Although the graphics are simple, the goals are the same as the graphically advances FPS horror games of the ’90s - use a series of weapons to blow away monsters in a maze as you hunt out treasure.
