Reviews from customers
Stick to the Basics
"It’s fine but over priced for what it is and what features it includes (even with the $100 unlocked version). The good: Functions very well, organization is relatively good but could be better, all the info that’s pulled up via the barcode as expected, no ads, offers a lifetime option instead of subscription The bad: AI “functionality”, I was subscribed to a newsletter after purchase, not super user friendly (it appears continuous scanning is not a function - which is crazy for an app like this one), there’s a whole other version for desktop that you apparently also need to buy. I regret my $100 purchase. Just use sheets or excel." - 5 stars from tmspica (Sep 01, 2026)
Missing some items
"I’m going through my collection right now and I noticed not all my DVDs are added in iCollect however I’ve scanned them all" - 5 stars from Freedomjust25 (Aug 31, 2026)
Insane
"I sincerely want to know what the devs are on. You get about ~15 things to track per category, and then you cannot contribute unless you buy the unlimited option. Okay, then. Crazy as it is, but what could the unlimited option cost? $10, maybe? $5 a month? No. 100 dollars. I wish I had the audacity." - 5 stars from nvrmylve (Aug 26, 2026)
Why remove it
"Love this app but as of recent they removed a very important feature where next to the item name is the number of count of that items example number of xbox games next to the Xbox category" - 5 stars from jauri1995 (Aug 25, 2026)
Useful tool to manage my movie collection
"I buy movies for my 86 year old father because he doesn’t have the internet. He doesn’t understand streaming or anything more complicated than using his tv remote control. I now have a collection of 786 DVDs/Blue-rays. I was using a spiral notebook to record each purchase in alphabetical order. About six times I bought duplicates and it was becoming frustrating just trying to manage Dads collection. This program helped me scan the movies in lighting fast time. I tried using spreadsheets but this program is amazing !" - 5 stars from Disbro62 (Aug 25, 2026)
$100 one time fee. And they don't tell you that until later.
"I was really excited about this app!! There's a search feature found in your collections, so that you don't have to scroll through all of your entries, and it has a super simple layout! But. I was 30 entries in, grinding out an hour of entering all of my DVD's, and then a pop-up hits me. Before i can continue adding anything else to the collection, it tells me that i have to pay a one time fee of $99 🙁 kinda nice that it's not annual, but dang bruh i was already 30 entries in. It's a no for me, a paycheck-to-paycheck 20 year old who just wanted to log her prized DVD collection." - 5 stars from normalpersonwholovesknighthood (Aug 24, 2026)
Buggy book catalog
"I’ve used this app for years to catalog a few collections and for the most part it’s great. Recently the books are saving the wrong images (sometimes other fields) when I switch between items and it is increasingly frustrating to correct. Sometimes I have to completely delete the book just to reset it in my collection. Please fix this issue" - 5 stars from Sysgir2003 (Aug 20, 2026)
Total BS
"App fails to tell you that you have to pay and I just spent an hour adding things to my lists. Bs that they would charge to make a list. Great concept but I’m not paying to make a list." - 5 stars from ChrisTGlenn (Aug 19, 2026)
