Average App poor customer service.
"You can check my profile. This is probably the second review that I’ve ever written for an app, and I have been an Apple user for well since the first iPhone came out. I’m very frustrated with this app and this developer. I purchased it to track my Topps Disney Chrome card collection, as well as a couple other brands. It advertised itself as having its database that it would scan cards and bring them forward in addition to the AI feature, which has a limited use. There’s a pro feature that cost $79.99, and there’s also the database feature where you can use preloaded information about your cards. Both at the same price, and both have very similar overlapping benefits. When I purchased them, personally, I do not think it’s unreasonable to think that they were the same service. So after I purchased the pro, I went into the app and since it was the same price and some of the features weren’t working, I thought that it just hadn’t been processed, and so I billed again immediately. Once I got the notification that two bills have been taken. I initially thought I had to spin double billed. Once I saw that they actually were different, I immediately, same day, requested a refund of one because I explained the confusion and then I would not pay $160 to use this type of app. My requests were denied. And so now I am stuck with an app that doesn’t work well for me. I’ve had to take my own pictures and had very limited use for the database and half of the cards from 2025 weren’t even entered into the database so what was actually incomplete. I tried to make my case and again was denied and stated that the decision was final. This poor experience with the developer influenced my review of the app, but I can’t separate out one from the other, so I’m giving it a 2 to 3. To the developer, you need to do a much better job of explaining the in-app purchases and services. There might be some collecting that the database works very well, but for my purposes it works very poorly. The AI worked not much better than ChatGPT. I’ve tried to download the values, but they haven’t really been on par with what price chart checks it basically accesses eBay listing prices. Listing prices are not value, sold prices. carry much more weight for value. So overall, it’s basically a database that’s pretty work heavy on the owner. I could’ve probably used red cap and built a similar, if not better, database. I’m sorry to say, but I cannot recommend people to use this, at least for my particular collection, and to be very cautious about the wording of the in-app purchases." - 5 stars from drjds3 (Oct 21, 2026)

Be Aware of Addiotnal Cost
"The app is fairly straightforward and easy to use. I am using it for my model train collection. I have been entering things using the barcode scan or manually when the barcode scan gets it wrong. My reason for 4 stars is because you only get to put 15 items in before you have to pay. They bury that information and don’t tell you the actual number anywhere that I could find. I understand the additional cost for AI scans because they say they outsource that and they get charged. Still for the casual user it seems like a lot of money. I will probably cave and purchase the lifetime subscription for $50. I will not use the AI feature as that is very expensive in my opinion. Frustrating
"It is a pain to have to delete items one at a time. Now that there is Pro with a payable subscription, it was a waste for me to pay for the app originally before it became a subscription. Shouldn’t those that originally paid for the app that we should be grandfathered in or something. Shady App!
