Used to be great
"I have the paid version. In the beginning, all was great. Support was responsive and things worked, and worked well. Now, I have constant loading issues, my collections disappear or won’t load for several days at a time, I can’t switch between collections without freezing and crashing, and support does not respond. Buyer Beware of Repeat $50 “lifetime pro” upgrades.
"I would give this app 5 stars were it not for 2 major issues. The largest being that I have had to repeatedly send in copies of my 5+ year old receipt for a “lifetime” upgrade in order to restore my access. Thankfully, I learned the first time I didn’t save my recipe, and purchased a second upgrade that I needed to keep it handy if I wanted to continue to use the app—which I could love if the restore issue was fixed, and if my second, less frustrating complaint could be remedies—the lack of available data in the system. I have to input so much of my connections’ information, be it books, games, paints, etc… But I love having such a great inventory system for so many different collections. When it works, it works seamlessly between my iOS laptop and tablets, and I love scanner features. It was well worth the cost—but not the fear of losing proof of purchase and repeatedly paying a “Special, limited time $50 lifetime upgrade cost.”" - 5 stars from VanGleKalAdd (Aug 19, 2025)
Needs updating
"I used to love this app for cataloguing my 400+ varieties of dahlias. Now, most days it won’t save my input data, and I get the dreaded buffering spinning circle. "Don’t waste any time with this app if you’re a serious collector and DEFINITELY don’t spend a dime on any of the subscriptions. App stalls and locks-up constantly.
